Our Fee PolicyThe fee for endodontic therapy is determined by the complexity of the tooth being treated. When a microsurgical procedure is indicated initially or becomes evident during or after endodontic therapy, a separate fee will be charged. Consultation fees are payable at the time of consultation. We accept Check, Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Care Credit. For those patients with dental insurance, we are pleased to assist you in completing required forms. We do not accept all assignments of benefits from insurance companies. However, for the insurance that is accepted, depending on your insurance contract, an estimated percentage down will be required. If we do not accept your insurance, we will file your insurance for reimbursement to you. Our in office financing is available through Care Credit, most cases are 12 months same as cash. We will be happy to assist you if needed. If a claim is not paid within 30 days, then you are responsible for the balance. Please give at least 24 hours notice of change of appointment if cancellation is absolutely necessary. |
